Audio Marking –

Probably the easiest and most affordable professional audio branding solution on the market.

The problem of a standard audio branding procedure

Our experience also shows that the creative department or external agencies do not like to be restricted by a prescribed brand sound. Depending on the campaign, different music styles are desired for videos or image films, of course the musical spirit changes and sometimes you just want something unusual.
This can result in very high consequential costs on the one hand, or on the other hand, that the brand sound is not used consistently.

Many decision makers assume that there are only three ways to deploy consistent and professional audio branding:

1: Ongoing commissions of new music productions

2: Use of an audio logo, only in the intro or outro

3: Use of pre-produced music tracks or stems

But there is another way to implement consistent and professional audio branding while also being flexible and cost-effective:

The solution

We developed the »Audio Marker« precisely for these customers who want to unlock the potential of audio branding but can’t afford it until now.

With a easy to use web tool, any piece of music can be acoustically marked afterwards using sound effects or recognizable melodies composed over them. Thus the artistic freedom of the creative department is not restricted, but at the same time it is ensured that every advertising measure unmistakably carries the audible identity of the brand.

How it works

1. Design of the Audio Marker

First we design one or more audio markers – based on the respective brand values.

There are different types of audio markers:

SFX Markers:

These can be, for example, »sound effects«, which are noise-like and can be applied to almost any piece of music.

Brand Melody Markers:

Another audio marker is an »Overdub«. Here, a brand melody is subsequently »over-composed« onto an existing piece of music.

2. Choose a soundtrack

The next step is to select a piece of music to which the audio marking is to be applied.

Any piece of music with the required license for editing can be used. We have developed a unique search engine for this purpose, which will be made available to you in addition to the audio marking tool.

3. »Audio Mark« the soundtrack

In this step, the audio markers are placed on the piece of music at the appropriate locations.

Audio marking is possible in any conventional audio software. For inexperienced users we have developed a special browser tool in which all soundtracks can be marked very easily.
